Expo Hall Only Registration grants access to the Expo Hall Only on the dates and times below. Full conference access requires separate registration as noted above. Expo Hall Only attendees will enjoy over 100,000 square feet of exhibit space set to be jam packed with sponsors, exhibitors and vehicles showcasing the latest in alternative fuels and clean vehicle technologies, not to mention access to ride & drive vehicles representing all weight classes and fuel types.

Fleet Registration Policy

In order to confirm attendance at the special fleet rate, you must confirm your role as a decision-maker responsible for overseeing vehicle procurement, purchasing, fleet operations, or fleet maintenance within your organization. Qualified fleet applicants will oversee private or public fleets of more than five (5) vehicles and a business card must be provided at check-in. Event organizers reserve the right to approve, deny, or wait-list any discounted registration applications in the interest of accommodating as many stakeholders as possible.

Cancellation Policy

All registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to: ACT Expo, 2525 Ocean Park Boulevard, Suite 200, Santa Monica, CA 90405. Requests received by February 24, 2012 will result in GNA retaining 50% of fees paid due to administrative processing. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing of refunds. We regret that we cannot process cancellations after February 24, 2012. Not appearing at the conference is considered cancellation by default and no refunds will be allowed.
