REGISTRATION RATES
ACT Expo is the largest alternative fuels and clean vehicle conference and expo in North America. The event showcases all alternative fuel types and the latest in clean technologies making it the must-attend event of the year for fleet managers. ACT Expo provides attendees the opportunity to engage in networking and one-on-one discussions, as well as get a first-hand look at the clean technologies and fuels that are revolutionizing the transportation industry.
Registration
Registering for the ACT Expo grants participants access to all sessions and receptions during the conference, technical tours, and pre-conference webinars. Attendees include fleet managers, procurement specialists, maintenance directors, equipment manufacturers, technology providers, natural gas suppliers, infrastructure developers, engineers, academic researchers, funding program representatives, community members, environmental organizations, media representatives, and many more.

Rates
"Fleet," and "ACT Expo" registration categories provide an "all-access" pass to all general session presentations, expo hall, catered events, and technical tours.
Group Rates

Training Sessions
Pre-registered ACT Expo attendees have the exclusive opportunity to take part in a series of complimentary pre-conference training sessions Tuesday, May 15 from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. For more details on specific course sessions, please visit the Training Sessions page. Expo Hall Only Registration grants access to the Expo Hall Only on the dates and times below. Full conference access requires separate registration as noted above. Expo Hall Only attendees will enjoy over 100,000 square feet of exhibit space set to be jam packed with sponsors, exhibitors and vehicles showcasing the latest in alternative fuels and clean vehicle technologies, not to mention access to ride & drive vehicles representing all weight classes and fuel types.

Fleet Registration Policy
In order to confirm attendance at the special fleet rate, you must confirm your role as a decision-maker responsible for overseeing vehicle procurement, purchasing, fleet operations, or fleet maintenance within your organization. Qualified fleet applicants will oversee private or public fleets of more than five (5) vehicles and a business card must be provided at check-in. Event organizers reserve the right to approve, deny, or wait-list any discounted registration applications in the interest of accommodating as many stakeholders as possible.
Cancellation Policy
All registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to: ACT Expo, 2525 Ocean Park Boulevard, Suite 200, Santa Monica, CA 90405. Requests received by February 24, 2012 will result in GNA retaining 50% of fees paid due to administrative processing. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing of refunds. We regret that we cannot process cancellations after February 24, 2012. Not appearing at the conference is considered cancellation by default and no refunds will be allowed.
