*Fleet Registration Policy
ACT Expo reserves the right to review and approve all fleet registrations. To qualify, you must oversee a fleet of five or more vehicles and be directly responsible for operations, maintenance, and/or procurement of your company’s fleet. You do not qualify if you are currently engaged in sales, marketing and/or business development for the alternative fuel vehicle market, selling alternative fuels, AFV infrastructure development, or promoting AFV technologies. Unsure if you qualify? Here are some examples:

Need to Modify Your Registration?
- Visit the registration modification page.
- Enter your confirmation number and email address.
- On the next page, click "Modify Registration."
- Navigate the multi-page registration form to edit contact information, or to select sessions, workshops, or a tour. You may also add a donation to the Truckers Against Trafficking Freedom Drivers Project.
- Proceed to finalize payment.

Registration Refund Policy
Registration refund requests must be submitted to Kimberly Klonoski at [email protected]. If your cancellation request is received by February 27, 2015, you will receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee. After this date refunds will not be processed. However, substitutions are permitted; they must be confirmed by May 1, 2015. You will not be eligible for a refund if you are a “no-show.” Please allow up to four weeks for refund processing.
Event Cancellation Policy
In the event that ACT Expo 2015 is cancelled due to significant and unforeseen events inhibiting travel to the Dallas area (for reasons such as extreme weather, fires, floods, labor dispute, failure of power or utilities, etc.), show management will refund fees paid for registration, sponsorship, and exhibit booth space. Fees for travel, time investment, and all other event-related expenses will not be reimbursed. Please note this refund policy applies only in the event of a full event cancellation made at the discretion of the organizers. For more information about this policy, exhibitors and sponsors should refer to the terms and conditions outlined in the current ACT Expo Sponsorship Prospectus. No guarantees are made with respect to the schedule for reimbursement payments.
