Fleet Registration

To qualify for the fleet registration rate, you must oversee a fleet of one or more vehicles and be directly responsible for operations, maintenance, and/or procurement of your company’s fleet. All Fleet registrations must adhere to our Fleet Policy and will be subject to review for approval.

Discount codes are not valid for existing registrations.

  • Construction or concrete fleet
  • Delivery fleet (including last mile)
  • Drayage fleet at ports and intermodal facilities
  • Fleet management company
  • Fleet staff for a utility company (only staff directly responsible for operation of the fleet vehicles are eligible. e.g., fleet or transportation manager/director/supervisor, fleet technician, operations/logistics manager. Business development, sales, marketing, or technical development do NOT qualify for Fleet Registration and must register under Industry Registration)
  • Food or beverage distributor
  • Goods movement
  • Government, municipal, or public fleet
  • Operating a fleet of terminal yard trucks
  • Private or for-hire carrier

Organizations that DO NOT Qualify for Fleet Registration

  • Sponsor or exhibitor attending ACT Expo (please see the sponsor/exhibitor registration page to learn how to register for ACT Expo)
  • Fleet-as-a-Service (FaaS) does NOT qualify for Fleet Registration and must register under Fleet-as-a-Service Registration
  • Business development, sales, marketing, engineering, or technical development for existing or emerging clean transportation vehicle technologies
  • Dealership/vehicle sales representatives: OEM dealers are considered industry, even if they have a rental and leasing operation
  • Investor or venture capitalists, even if investing in vehicles for a third-party fleet, or in fleet/vehicle technologies
  • Non-profit company (unless the non-profit operates a fleet)
  • Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or technology provider developing vehicle technologies and operating vehicles for development
  • Start-up business developing vehicles or emerging vehicle technologies
  • Technology provider – providing or manufacturing parts, software, engineering services, developing technology for vehicles, or developing emerging technologies

Audience Reach and Engagement
  • Has a minimum of 10,000 followers on a primary social media channel (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X).
  • Demonstrates high engagement rates (likes, shares, comments) specifically related to clean transportation content.
  • Willing to share audience demographics and additional follower stats upon request.
  • Exhibits low engagement (e.g., minimal likes, comments, or shares) or engagement unrelated to the commercial transportation industry.
  • Primary audience is not interested in advanced commercial transportation.
Content Focus, Quality, and Frequency
  • Regularly creates insightful, high-quality, and visually appealing content on commercial transportation topics like EVs, hydrogen fuel cells, renewable fuels, and fleet management.
  • More than 12 months of consistent content creation and publishing for your own social media channel (i.e., not a corporate brand).
  • Has less than 12 months of consistent content creation within the commercial transportation sector.
  • Creates content that does not align with the values or mission of ACT Expo.
  • Produces low-quality content which includes but is not limited to:
    • Subpar audio/visual elements
    • Inadequately written posts
    • Lacking educational value
Affiliations and Conflict of Interest
  • Prior collaboration with industry brands, companies, or other influencers within the clean transportation space is considered a plus.
  • Works for a company that sells vehicles, technologies, or services directly to commercial transportation stakeholders, including ACT Expo sponsors and exhibitors.
  • Works for a company that is a direct competitor to the Show and/or Show organizer.
Professionalism and Editorial Guidelines
  • Must maintain professionalism throughout the Event, strictly following the Code of Conduct and Editorial Guidelines, ensuring respectful interactions with Event attendees.
  • Commits to ethical content creation, avoiding sensationalism, misinformation, or negative content about vehicle technologies, ensuring content is fair and aligned with Event standards.
  • Has a history of unprofessional behavior at events or within the industry, including negative or disrespectful conduct online.
  • Known for negative conduct, including disrespect toward industry professionals, event participants, or other content creators.
  • Has previously violated the Event’s Code of Conduct and Editorial Guidelines or shows a lack of commitment to maintaining these standards.

  • Modify / Update Your Registration

    Already registered and need to make changes? Follow the instructions below.

    Note: If you are registered for the Expo Hall Only and would like to upgrade to Full Conference, please contact the ACT Expo Registration Team.

    • Enter your confirmation number and email address used to register. 
    • On the next page, click “Modify/Update Registration.” 
    • Navigate the multi-page registration form to edit contact information, select conference sessions, or add workshops. 
  • Fraudulent Attendee List Warning

    To protect the privacy and security of our attendees, we adhere to strict confidentiality policies. We do not share or sell our attendee list. We encourage using the official ACT Expo Mobile App for onsite networking. 

    Be aware of fraudulent companies claiming to sell or distribute the ACT Expo attendee list. Should anyone contact you about this, inform Show Management immediately at events@trccompanies.com.   

  • Group Discounts

    Group discounts will be available after December 13. No code is required as the discount will automatically apply on the registration payment page in accordance with the highest number of registrants in the group.  

    Group discounts cannot be applied retroactively to existing registrations, nor can individual registrations be combined to apply the group discount. Partial refunds cannot be issued should new attendees be added to the group after the initial group registration was submitted and processed for payment.

  • Credit Card Charges 

    If you paid via credit card, you acknowledged and agreed that your ACT Expo registration charges will appear as TRC Environmental Corporation. If a dispute or denial of the charge occurs, and payment is not re-submitted, your registration(s) will be canceled and registrant(s) will not be able to pick up their badge(s). Please contact the ACT Expo Registration Team with any questions. 

  • Registration Refund Policy 

    Refunds cannot be processed after March 7, 2025. Registration cancelations after this deadline are ineligible for a refund. Should you not send us a cancelation notice in writing by March 7, 2025 and also not attend, you are still ineligible for a refund. 

    Registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to registration@trccompanies.com by March 7, 2025 to receive a refund, less an applicable processing fee: 

    • $25 processing fee for Fleet Expo Hall Only passes 
    • $50 processing fee for non-Fleet Expo Hall Only passes 
    • $100 processing fee for Full Conference passes
       

    If you’re unable to attend, you have the option to transfer your registration to another colleague from your company. In this case, the processing fee will be waived. Substitutions can be made online until April 18, 2025 and are not permitted onsite.   

  • Badge Policy 

    Badge sharing, splitting or duplicating made outside of the official ACT Expo registration system are strictly prohibited. Any registrant found in violation of this policy will have their badge confiscated, and they will be removed from ACT Expo immediately and forfeit attendance eligibility. All badge printing is done onsite in Anaheim. No badges are mailed to registrants prior to ACT Expo.  

    All attendees must pick up their own badge; no one is permitted to pick up a badge on someone’s behalf. Attendees will be required to show a valid government-issued photo ID to pick up their badge. 

    If you misplace your badge, a new badge must be purchased at the registration counter for $50.   

  • Event Cancelation Policy 

    If ACT Expo 2025 is canceled due to significant and unforeseen events inhibiting travel to the Anaheim area (for reasons such as weather, fire, flood, labor disputes, failure of power or utilities, delays in air, water or land transportation, communicable diseases, etc.), show management will refund fees paid for registration, sponsorship, and exhibit booth space, less a pro-rata share for expenses incurred by show management in connection with ACT Expo. Fees for travel, time investment, and all other event-related expenses will not be reimbursed. Please note, this refund policy only applies if a full event cancelation is made at the discretion of show management. For more information about this policy, exhibitors and sponsors should refer to the terms and conditions outlined in the current ACT Expo Sponsorship Prospectus. No guarantees are made with respect to the schedule for reimbursement payments.
