Industry registration applies if you are a technology/service provider, OEM, infrastructure/fuel supplier or station developer, dealer representative, consultant, public agency, association, non-profit, or investor or financial institution. (Note: ACT Expo does not offer a one-day pass.)

Fleet Registration

To qualify for the fleet registration rate, you must oversee a fleet of five or more vehicles and be directly responsible for operations, maintenance, and/or procurement of your company’s fleet. Each fleet registration will be submitted for approval and reviewed by the event organizers.* (Note: ACT Expo does not offer a one-day pass.)

  • Construction or concrete fleet
  • Delivery fleet (including last mile)
  • Drayage fleet at ports and intermodal facilities
  • Fleet-as-a-service company

  • Fleet staff for a utility company (only staff directly responsible for the fleet are eligible)
  • Food or beverage distributor

  • Sponsor or exhibitor attending ACT Expo (please see the sponsor/exhibitor registration page to learn how to register for ACT Expo)
  • Dealership/vehicle sales representatives
  • Investor or venture capitalists, even if investing in vehicles for a third-party fleet, or in fleet/vehicle technologies
  • Non-profit company (unless the non-profit operates a fleet)
  • Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or technology provider developing vehicle technologies and operating vehicles for development
  • Start-up business developing vehicles or emerging vehicle technologies
  • Technology provider – providing or manufacturing parts, software, engineering services, developing technology for vehicles, or developing emerging technologies
  • Business development, sales, marketing, engineering, or technical development for existing or emerging clean transportation vehicle technologies

Academic Registration

To qualify for the Academic registration rate, you must be a student currently enrolled (actively taking courses) or an active faculty member. A valid .edu email address is the minimum requirement to register, we will verify your qualifications during the registration process. Each Academic registration will be submitted for approval and reviewed by the event organizers. (Note: ACT Expo does not offer a one-day pass.)

Modify / Update Your Registration
Already registered and need to make changes? Follow the instructions below. Note: If you are registered for the Expo Hall Only and would like to upgrade to Full Conference, please contact registration@gladstein.org.

  1. Click the link to view/modify your registration
  2. Enter your confirmation number and email address used to register.  
  3. On the next page, click “Modify/Update Registration.” 
  4. Navigate the multi-page registration form to edit contact information, select conference sessions, or add workshops.

Fraudulent Attendee List Warning
ACT Expo does NOT sell our attendee data or lists. There are providers of fraudulent list data such as deltainfomatrix.com and brightleadsdirect.com claiming to have access to the ACT Expo attendee list. ACT Expo attendees can be assured that we take data protection seriously and have not shared any details with these or any other third-party companies. Please do not engage with and/or acquire/purchase any list from any company claiming to have the ACT Expo attendee list. ACT Expo cannot be held responsible for any interaction or sale with these fraudulent companies. If you are contacted by a company claiming to have access to the ACT Expo attendee list, please contact us immediately at registration@gladstein.org.

Credit Card Charges
Please note credit card charges will be listed on your statement as Gladstein, Neandross & Associates. Please contact registration@gladstein.org with any questions.

Registration Refund Policy 
If you are no longer able to attend we must receive your cancellation request in writing by March 24, 2023, in order for you to receive a refund (less a $25 processing fee for Fleet Expo Hall Only/$50 processing fee for Expo Hall Only Industry/$100 processing fee for Full Conference – which covers credit card processing fees, and the fee our registration vendor charges for your individual event registration). Anyone who is registered but can no longer attend may send a substitute from the same organization (in this case, the processing fee will be waived). After March 24, 2023, refunds will no longer be processed. However, substitutions may be made until April 24, 2023. You will not be eligible for a refund if you are a “no-show” or if the event has already concluded. Registration refund requests must be submitted to registration@gladstein.org.

Badge Policy 
Badge sharing or badge duplication made outside of the official ACT Expo registration system is strictly prohibited. Any attendee/registrant in violation of this policy will have their badge confiscated, and they will be removed from ACT Expo immediately and will forfeit attendance eligibility. All badges are printed onsite at ACT Expo in Anaheim. No badges are mailed to registrants prior to ACT Expo. If you misplace your badge, you may purchase a new badge onsite at the registration counter for $50.

Event Cancellation Policy 
If ACT Expo 2023 is canceled due to significant and unforeseen events inhibiting travel to the Anaheim area (for reasons such as weather, fire, flood, labor disputes, failure of power or utilities, delays in air, water or land transportation, communicable diseases, etc.), show management will refund fees paid for registration, sponsorship, and exhibit booth space, less a pro-rata share for expenses incurred by show management in connection with ACT Expo. Fees for travel, time investment, and all other event related expenses will not be reimbursed. Please note this refund policy only applies if a full event cancellation is made at the discretion of show management. For more information about this policy, exhibitors and sponsors should refer to the terms and conditions outlined in the current ACT Expo Sponsorship Prospectus. No guarantees are made with respect to the schedule for reimbursement payments.
