The call for speakers is now open for ACT Expo 2026, taking place May 4–7, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. This year, the nation’s largest advanced transportation event will spotlight how innovation is reshaping fleet operations, with an emphasis on AI, automation, telematics, and connected vehicle technologies.
Organizers are inviting fleet operators, technology innovators, public agencies, and industry leaders to submit abstracts that showcase real-world innovation and strategies accelerating the shift to smarter, safer, cleaner, and more reliable transportation technologies.
A core theme for 2026 centers on how digital tools and intelligent systems are enhancing operational efficiency, improving safety, lowering emissions, and redefining how fleets interact with vehicles, infrastructure, and energy systems.
Preferred topics include:
- Advanced Vehicle and Technology Deployment
- AI and Automated Vehicle Technologies
- Low-Carbon and Renewable Fuels
- Advancements in Charging Infrastructure
- Innovations in On-Board Safety Systems
- Vehicle Efficiency Solutions
- Advanced Warehouse and Yard Technology
- Cutting-Edge Solutions for Public Flee-ts
- Software-Defined Vehicles
Presentations should focus on deployments that demonstrate measurable performance outcomes, cost savings, emissions reductions, or systemwide improvements. Case studies highlighting collaboration between fleets, OEMs, infrastructure providers, utilities, and/or policymakers are highly encouraged.
Speakers will have the opportunity to engage with more than 12,000 attendees, including 2,400+ fleet decision-makers, and join a lineup of over 275 speakers across keynote presentations, executive panels, technical workshops, breakout tracks, and Expo Hall Theater presentations. ACT Expo 2026 will also feature vehicle debuts, policy discussions, and a showcase of more than advanced transportation technologies and vehicles.
As fleets enter a new era of digital integration, ACT Expo 2026 offers a premier platform to highlight the innovations shaping today and tomorrow’s transportation landscape. If you’re building the tools or leading the change, this is your stage. Presentation formats will range from technical deep-dives to practical, operational fleet case studies.
Abstracts are due by September 26, 2025. Submission guidelines and additional details are available here.
