Guidelines for Case Studies:
Case studies should be relevant to fleet end-users and grounded in real-world deployments. Submissions should focus on practical implementation, measurable results, and clear business impact, including technology deployment, funding strategies, infrastructure and maintenance planning, procurement considerations, total cost of ownership, and operational lessons learned. Presentations led by fleet operators or featuring fleet direct participation are strongly preferred and will receive priority consideration.

ACT Expo is a highly curated program designed to deliver real-world value to fleets and industry stakeholders.
Submissions are evaluated based on:
- Demonstrated real-world deployment and measurable outcomes
- Relevance to fleet operations, total cost of ownership, and scalability
- Clarity, practicality, and actionable insights
Priority consideration is given to:
- Fleet operators and end-users sharing firsthand experience
- ACT Expo sponsors and partners contributing thought leadership aligned with fleet needs
Notification Timeline: All submitters will be notified of their status by the end of the calendar year (December 2026). Due to the volume of submissions, not all abstracts will be selected.
Submission Requirements:
Abstracts must be 1-2 pages and submitted as a PDF by September 10, 2026 at 5:00 pm PT. Each submission should include:
- Title of the proposed presentation
- Three-sentence summary
- Identification of technology and/or fuel focus
- Presenter name, title, and organization
