Greenlane Infrastructure has partnered with Volvo Trucks North America to integrate its public charging network into the Volvo Open Charge platform, making Greenlane Volvo’s first official Charge Point Operator (CPO) in North America.
The collaboration gives fleet operators real-time access to Greenlane’s chargers, centralized billing, and route-based navigation, all through Volvo’s charging interface. Greenlane’s network is open to all heavy-duty EVs, regardless of brand.
“Our partnership with Volvo delivers a public charging solution tailored to medium- and heavy-duty fleets,” said Greenlane CEO Patrick Macdonald-King.
Greenlane’s first station, opening this month in Colton, CA, will feature over 40 public chargers. Additional sites are planned along the I-15 corridor, spaced 60–90 miles apart to support regional and long-haul operations.
The partnership aims to reduce fleet infrastructure costs and accelerate adoption of electric trucks. Future features, including charging reservations, are in development.
