Parking & Transportation
Plan how you will get to and around the West Hall at Las Vegas Convention Center. Parking at the Las Vegas Convention Center is limited. Take the monorail, the Vegas Loop, or a rideshare service whenever you can.
Parking
A limited number of spaces are available in Silver Lots 1 to 3 and Bronze Lots 1 to 2, on a first come, first served basis, at $20 per vehicle per day.

Vegas Loop at Las Vegas Convention Center
Trips within the LVCC campus are free, travel to off-campus destinations require a valid ticket.

Warning About Housing Scams
EventSphere is the only authorized housing vendor for ACT Expo. Official hotel booking and reservation communications for ACT Expo hotels will come exclusively from EventSphere (actexpohousing@eventsphere.com).
Beware of fraudulent companies or hotel resellers offering “discounted” rates. ACT Expo is not affiliated with these organizations in any way and cannot be held responsible for reservations made through unofficial vendors. We strongly encourage you to book through EventSphere, our official housing partner, and exercise caution when receiving unsolicited offers.
Always book your hotel room directly through EventSphere via the ACT Expo website. For questions about hotel bookings or to report potential scams, please contact Show Management at events@trccompanies.com.
Travel Visa
If you are traveling to ACT Expo as a citizen of a foreign country, you may require a visa to enter the United States. ACT Expo provides visa invitation letters to confirmed registrants upon request. Requests may be submitted during the registration process. We strongly encourage international attendees to register as soon as possible so you have enough time to receive your letter and complete your visa application process.
Visa invitation letter requests must be submitted no later than Friday, April 30, 2027.

Processing Timeline
Allow up to 5 business days for us to send the letter via email once:
- We have received all the required information with your registration
- Your registration is confirmed and payment is received (if applicable)
Apply for a U.S. Visa
The application process for a U.S. visa may vary by consulate or embassy, so we encourage you to reach out to them for guidance. The U.S. State Department also has the Visa Wizard to assist you with choosing which type of visa you need and the Global Visa Wait Times to help you plan ahead and ensure you have ample time to complete the process. While ACT Expo show organizers are happy to answer any questions from your consulate or embassy regarding your visa application, we cannot reach out to them on your behalf or issue specialized documents beyond a visa invitation letter. It is the sole discretion of the United States immigration authorities to grant you a visa to enter the U.S.
